We are looking for a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and leadership team to drive measurable growth, user acquisition, and brand visibility. This is a hands-on role requiring a balance of analytical mindset, creativity, and execution skills..
Role Description
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, conversion rates) and deliver actionable insights.
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Use HubSpot and other tools for campaign tracking, automation, and lead management.
- Develop ad creatives, email campaigns, and landing pages with the Marketing Manager.
- Implement remarketing/retargeting strategies to re-engage audiences and drive conversions.
- Explore and test emerging channels to expand acquisition opportunities.
- Set up and maintain tracking tools and dashboards for accurate measurement.
- Support organic initiatives such as email campaigns, newsletters, SEO, and content.
- Contribute to campaign planning and the marketing calendar.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing with a focus on paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for automation, reporting, and CRM (preferred).
- Excellent written and spoken English (Polish is a plus).
- Ability to work independently in a lean team, handling multiple projects.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email, or content marketing is an advantage.
How we work and what you get
- This is a full-time position in a hybrid work model. Our main HQ is in Warsaw. If you're based in Warsaw, you can work hybrid (2x/week in the office) or fully from the office. If you're based elsewhere, you may choose to work fully remotely, with the possibility of office visits (we also have a location in Poznań).
- We offer two types of contracts: B2B (preferred) or UoP. On top of the standard salary and benefits, you will have access to private healthcare and a Multisport card.
