Job Description

As Performance Marketing Specialist - Search, you'll own the growth and efficiency of paid search and other Google formats across our clean beauty and wellbeing brands. You'll be responsible for planning, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google channels to drive profitable growth of a fast-growing clean beauty platform, working closely with brand and digital teams.

What your role will be

  • Manage and continuously optimize
    Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube
    campaigns across multiple brands and markets.
  • Ensure
    campaign profitability
    within defined ROAS and CPA targets, balancing efficiency and growth.
  • Analyse
    performance data, uncover insights, and translate them into clear, actionable
    optimisations
    via our attribution modelling tools
  • Stay ahead of
    Google Ads innovations
    and proactively test new features, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
  • Develop structured
    A/B testing plans
    to improve targeting, creative performance, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with
    the digital and brand teams
    to optimize product feeds, landing pages, and tracking setup.
  • ·Write and optimize
    Google ad assets
    (copy, extensions, creatives) to strengthen brand consistency and click-through performance

What You Bring

  • 3+ Years experience
    in performance media buying for Google Ads, in e-commerce/D2C
  • Deep understanding of
    key performance metrics
    & attribution modelling
  • Proven success managing
    significant advertising budgets
    across multiple markets and/or brands
  • Languages
    : English mandatory. Italian, Spanish, German or Scandinavian languages are a plus
