Requirements

  • Previous experience in people management
  • Ability to inspire others and generate people's commitment
  • Fluency in English and French (min. C1 level in both)
  • Interest in banking operations, experience in Private Capital considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Accuracy and client focus approach
  • Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Securing the delivery of static data processes;
  • Ensuring efficient work organization to maintain the team's capacity at a level allowing full delivery of agreed service;
  • Managing operational risks in activities performed by the team;
  • Maintaining advanced level of technical and process knowledge to have effective judgment in decision making, support team members in difficult cases and take ownership when necessary;
  • Coordinating the onboarding new operational activities
  • Ensure the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date;
  • Supporting team members' personal development and ensure appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement;
  • Facilitating improvement initiatives to increase the team and process effectiveness.
