France Static Data Team Leader with French

Requirements:

Previous experience in people management

Ability to inspire others and generate people's commitment

Fluency in English and French (min. C1 level in both)

Interest in banking operations, experience in Private Capital considered an asset

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Accuracy and client focus approach

Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution

Self-motivation, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility

Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Securing the delivery of static data processes;

Ensuring efficient work organization to maintain the team's capacity at a level allowing full delivery of agreed service;

Managing operational risks in activities performed by the team;

Maintaining advanced level of technical and process knowledge to have effective judgment in decision making, support team members in difficult cases and take ownership when necessary;

Coordinating the onboarding new operational activities

Ensure the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date;

Supporting team members' personal development and ensure appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement;

Facilitating improvement initiatives to increase the team and process effectiveness.
