We are currently looking for a
Junior
Consultant International Sales Poland (m/f/d)
to join our Commercial Sales Department (full-time)
in Warsaw
as soon as possible.
Your impact
We are currently looking for motivated talents who want to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in the heart of Warsaw. This role offers you the opportunity to deepen and specialize your initial expertise in sales. You can look forward to developing strong sales and organizational skills, gaining exposure to various aspects of the business, enhancing your problem-solving abilities, and building valuable professional relationships. From day one, you will collaborate with your team as an equal, actively contributing to our success while learning and growing in an exciting international setting.
What expects you
- You assist in marketing our products and services to commercial clients, striving to create tailored solutions for international markets from start to finish .
- With targeted sales strategies and a persuasive approach , you contribute expanding our customer base while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients in the commercial sector.
- You support lead generation efforts and assist in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize the value of customer interactions.
- By keeping an eye on the market and analyzing competitors, you help identify ing new opportunities and contribut ing to actionable recommendations.
- At industry trade fairs and events, you proactively represent Westbridge and expanding the professional network.
Your profile
- You have a completed degree or vocational training.
- Initial experience (1–2 years) in B2B sales is desirable, preferably in the real estate industry.
- You are eager to develop a solution-focused, resilient mindset and refine your communication skills.
- With ambition, sales affinity, initiative, and a goal-oriented approach, you actively contribute to our international business.
- A service- and customer-oriented attitude, combined with initial sales experience, will support your successful entry into our business.
- We are looking for a forward-thinking candidate eager to thrive in a startup environment and embrace on-the-job training.
- You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have some experience working with CRM-tools.
- Additionally, you are fluent in English, with proficiency in another language being a plus.
