Employment Type:
B2B and Sub-con ONLY

Contract Duration:
For B2B and sub-con candidates, contracts will be for 12 months with the possibility of extension

12 to 15 Years relevant experience ONLY (Junior profiles will be rejected)

Salary/Pay Rate:
Up to 165 PLN/Hour (Can go up to 210 PLN/Hour)

Work Mode:
Remote with occasional visit to client office on need basis

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary Enterprise Architect at the client location, ensuring seamless integration of applications into the client's network.
  • Lead application onboarding for systems from the recently acquired company, ensuring compliance with client architecture standards and security policies.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, including IT infrastructure, security, and application teams, to design and implement onboarding strategies.
  • Assess existing architecture of acquired company applications and define migration or integration plans.
  • Develop and maintain architecture documentation for as is current setup and provide future roadmap, including network diagrams, integration patterns, and onboarding checklists.
  • Ensure alignment of onboarding activities with enterprise architecture principles, governance frameworks, and business objectives.
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies during application onboarding and integration.
  • Provide technical guidance and act as a trusted advisor to client teams throughout the onboarding process.
  • Work independently as an individual contributor, managing priorities and delivering outcomes without direct team support.

Required Skill & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role in large-scale IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of application integration, network architecture, and security compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding applications into enterprise networks, preferably in M&A (Merger & Acquisition) scenarios.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid architectures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualification
Ideally to have below understanding not mandate to have TOGAF certification:

  • TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture certification.
  • Experience in post-acquisition IT integration projects.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data and application security.
