The role of a Senior Project Manager is pivotal in supporting a strategic operations-data analytics initiative that focuses on enhancing the executive reporting infrastructure. The objective is to ensure effective expansion of the tool already in use, and to facilitate a scalable adoption model for global operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage 2 team members.
  • Own the delivery plan, build the roadmap, and drive execution.
  • Establish and manage program structure, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with data architects and engineering teams, influencing key stakeholders.
  • Expand reporting coverage across global operations.
  • Support executive MI, governance, and control enhancements.
  • Produce high-quality reporting materials and senior presentations.
  • Maintain project delivery in JIRA/Confluence, adhering to frameworks.
  • Influence wider virtual teams while managing two direct resources.

REQUIREMENTS
:

  • Strong background in delivering data change, management information (MI), or reporting programs.
  • Experience in operations-data management.
  • Able to work independently without heavy guidance.
  • Ability to switch between detail-oriented tasks and senior-level engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in delivering tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
  • Structured, organized, and outcome-focused mindset.
  • Experience with data architecture teams and large data programs.
  • Experience with large-scale data initiatives.
  • Possession of relevant project management certifications.
