About the Team

The European S&OP Team is a part of the large European Supply Chain organization. We drive demand planning and supply chain excellence across ZF Aftermarket in Europe. We ensure the right products are available at the right time - balancing supply and demand for hundreds of thousands of items with precision and insight.

Using advanced tools and analytics, we work closely with Sales and Business Lines to refine forecasts and align plans with capacity and suppliers.

What you can look forward to as a Regional Demand Planner (m/f/d):

  • Review historical sales trends and order intake data as input for forecast;
  • Analyze and decide on statistical forecast models;
  • Prepare and lead meetings with key stakeholders to collect input for the demand plan;
  • Track and analyze forecast KPIs and implement corrective actions when required;
  • Develop the 24 months demand plan for multiple countries in Europe and product groups.

Your Profile as a Regional Demand Planner (m/f/d):

  • You are confident working with data and skilled at turning analysis into actionable insights. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can lead discussions with both business and sales representatives;
  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, managing data at different levels of aggregation and across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences;
  • Solid understanding of statistical forecasting methods;
  • Experience with demand planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Anaplan or similar;
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
  • Fluency in English.
