Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Planning and Management

• Based on the fulfillment needs, be responsible for the planning and implementation of the European warehouses, including but not limited to warehouse layout, equipment selection, implementation plan, and project management.
• Responsible for the operational management of the European warehouse's automated equipment, including but not limited to equipment capacity, equipment efficiency, equipment failures, and equipment ROI management.
• Follow up on the achievement of capacity at each sub-warehouse to ensure consistency between planned and actual capacity.
• Build and improve the warehouse planning and automated operations management system to ensure sustainable and stable business operations.

Process Planning and Management

• Build and improve business and system processes that meet local business scenarios and management requirements to achieve continuous and standardized business development and management.
• Responsible for the identification, integration, and management of daily system requirements, ensuring the value of system requirements and timely launch.
• Conduct business and system process training to ensure that on-site operations managers understand and are familiar with them.
• Build and implement management standards for demand management, permission management, problem reporting, and launch management.

Warehouse Network Planning Management

• Responsible for the upstream and downstream coordination and management of the European warehouse's annual and rolling plans, ensuring planning accuracy and warehouse production capacity.
• Based on capacity requirements, formulate, follow up, and implement warehouse opening and closing plans to ensure capacity and warehouse efficiency.
• Based on business needs and cost optimization, formulate, implement, and improve the warehouse network structure to ensure stable business operations and cost optimization.
• Based on pallet characteristics and storage methods, formulate, implement, and improve different pallet inventory strategies to improve business operational efficiency.
• Establish and improve planning, warehouse network, and inventory management mechanisms to ensure sustainable and stable business operations.

Warehouse Operations Management

• Responsible for the daily operations of the return warehouses in various European countries and the UK shipping warehouse, ensuring operational indicators.

Team Management

• Responsible for the management and development of departmental teams, improving team capabilities, enhancing team collaboration, and breaking down team goals.

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 years of warehousing-related experience, with experience in large-scale campus/regional management, warehouse network management, or warehouse management preferred;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and a global perspective;
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred.
