This is a unique opportunity to create and scale an HR organization from day one, supporting a fast-growing, international business and contributing directly to the success of its new Shared Services Center.

Description

Your Mission

As the Head of HR, you will be the strategic architect and hands-on leader behind all people-related processes - from organizational design to talent development and operational excellence.

You will:

  • Design and execute the HR strategy aligned with business priorities and global standards
  • Build a comprehensive HR infrastructure - recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and development
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and best international practices
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Implement and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll processes (in collaboration with an external provider)
  • Champion employee engagement, culture, and leadership programs
  • Partner with global stakeholders on HR initiatives and transformation projects
  • Lead HR operations with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and innovation
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all people matters
  • Build the HR brand as a strategic partner in business success

Profile

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience (Head of HR / HR Director / Senior HRBP)
  • Proven success in building HR functions from scratch, ideally within SSC/GBS or multinational organizations
  • Deep understanding of Polish labor law, compliance, and employment frameworks
  • Experience managing payroll processes with external providers
  • Strong knowledge of Workday or other global HRIS systems
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and operational delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent Polish and English (C1+)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership style
