Deputy Head of SSC
, you will play a key role in building and shaping this organization from the ground up, ensuring excellence in service delivery, transformation, and leadership.

Description

In this strategic role, you'll act as the right hand to the Head of SSC - leading daily operations, driving innovation, and ensuring the Center's long-term success. This position offers a clear succession path toward broader site leadership.

You will:

  • Co-create the SSC's strategy and operating model, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver world-class services across Finance, HR, IT, and more.
  • Oversee operational performance, process standardization, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives - from ERP implementations to RPA and automation.
  • Manage budgeting, cost control, and investment planning for SSC initiatives.
  • Develop talent and foster a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation.
  • Act as the main liaison between the SSC and global leadership, ensuring transparency and partnership.
  • Steer service transitions, integrations, and migrations with a focus on stability and excellence.
  • Ensure full compliance with Polish regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Profile

  • 6-8 years of senior SSC/GBS leadership experience within mid- or large-scale operations.
  • Solid background in Finance & Accounting, with exposure to HR, IT, or other service lines.
  • Proven track record in process transformation, automation, and performance improvement.
  • Experience leading teams in matrixed, international environments.
  • In-depth understanding of the Polish business landscape, labor law, and compliance.
  • Fluent English and Polish (C1+).
  • University degree required; MBA or ACCA/CPA certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with expertise in budgeting and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Authentic leadership - the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire others
