Główne obowiązki:
- Pozyskiwanie nowych partnerów handlowych (kanał apteczny)
- Rozwój relacji z obecnymi klientami w celu zwiększenia ich potencjału zakupowego
- Pozyskiwanie nowych klientów poprzez działania prospectingowe, cold calling, networking oraz udział w wydarzeniach branżowych
- Monitorowanie potrzeb i dopasowywanie oferty do oczekiwań klientów
- Prowadzenie spotkań i negocjacji handlowych (głównie w formie zdalnej lub w siedzibie firmy)
- Bieżąca współpraca z Szefem Działu Sprzedaży przy realizacji strategii sprzedażowej
- Ścisła współpraca z innymi działami firmy, w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości obsługi klientów
Wymagania:
- Doświadczenia na analogicznym stanowisku w sprzedaży w branży FMCG (preferowana branża suplementów diety lub pokrewna)
- Umiejętność nawiązywania i utrzymywania relacji z klientami oraz partnerami biznesowymi
- Znajomość specyfiki rynku polskiego oraz procesów sprzedaży B2B
- Umiejętność budowania trwałych relacji biznesowych i rozwijania współpracy z klientami
- Wysokie zdolności negocjacyjne i analityczne
- Samodzielność, inicjatywa oraz zorientowanie na cel
- Umiejętność analizy danych rynkowych i tworzenia strategii biznesowych
