For our Client, an international company in the consumer electronics industry, we are looking for a Candidate for the position:

Product Manager (RTV)

Location: Warsaw

Working Mode: Stationary (1 day of Home Office)

Reporting to: Product Director

Scope of duties:

  • Market analysis and presentation of the best recommendations that have an impact on sales
  • Budget management for individual product groups and control of the use of budgets for activities related to assigned product groups
  • Creating ideas and product solutions
  • Creating strategic marketing for a given product
  • Constant monitoring of the market situation, adapting marketing strategy to market changes
  • Action to increase sales
  • Cooperation with employees of other departments of the company and external service providers, ensuring the implementation of marketing strategy
  • Preparation and presentation of reports on the implementation of the marketing policy according to the category

Requirements:

  • min. 2 years of professional experience in product management (preferred category of household appliances/ AGD/ RTV)
  • Higher education, preferred economics, marketing, etc.
  • Fluent knowledge of English
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting quantitative and qualitative quantitative information and formulating trade recommendations
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Experience in budget management
