About the role

We're looking for a Delivery Lead for the M365 area in Gdańsk, Poland.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project and operations deliveries within Arla's global Microsoft 365 environment.

You'll collaborate across IT — from architects and security experts to adoption specialists, developers, engineers and vendors — ensuring that every delivery in the M365 area runs seamlessly and delivers value to Arla's global users.

You'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and facilitating deliveries across Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and related collaboration technologies that connect our global workforce.

How you will make an impact

You will act as the bridge between business needs, IT operations, and delivery execution — ensuring that the M365 area delivers measurable value to Arla.

Your focus will be on coordination, service quality, and proactive improvement of collaboration tools used daily by thousands of colleagues.

You will:

• Coordinate and facilitate project scope, backlog, milestones but also service deliveries within the M365 area
• Ensure alignment between product, operations, and business goals.
• Manage delivery plans, resource allocation, and vendor contributions in collaboration with the Head of Product.
• Monitor SLA, KPI, and cost performance to secure delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and technical specialists to improve reliability and user satisfaction.
• Support adoption and usage of M365 tools across Arla through structured delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply fit-for-purpose delivery methodologies (Agile, Kanban, DevOps) for efficient execution.

What will make you successful

You are a structured, proactive professional who thrives in coordination and delivery roles. You understand both technology and people — and you can translate complex requirements into actionable delivery plans.

You have:

• Proven experience in IT project delivery coordination or service management, ideally in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and correlated.
• Understanding ITIL, SLA/KPI frameworks, and vendor management principles.
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps delivery models.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills in English.
• A structured, analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
