Your role
Are you well-organized and detail-oriented? Do you have a high client service orientation and risk awareness? We're looking for someone to join our growing team who is ready to perform the following tasks:

  • prepare Corporate Actions events notifications for end clients, scrubbing and cleansing of data received from custodians
  • launch investigations, prepare documents, provide information, and compose correspondence with stakeholders
  • Book corporate actions and income events in internal systems
  • identify and resolve technical and settlement issues with reconciliation tool

Your team
You will be working in Corporate Actions and Income Processing Team which is based in Wrocław, Dominikański Center. We deliver outstanding service to the Wealth Management Singapore and Hong Kong business and ensure client satisfaction is on the highest level.

We speak in English as well as Polish (only English is required).

Your expertise

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate/international environment (Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions experience is a plus)
  • motivated, self-directed and driven, as well as adaptable and able to work across teams and functions
  • comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • great organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • good communication and relationship building skills
  • fluent in English, both spoken and written (knowledge of another language would be an asset)
