We're a well-knit digital design studio working with products, brands and (no-)code. Founders come to us because we help them define, build and scale their MVPs – but hey, even the best design studios need someone to keep the wheels turning.

Your day-to-day

  • Keeping our office running like a well-oiled machine – from supplies to small daily logistics
  • Stock up on office essentials and make sure we never run out of coffee (or protein candy)
  • Take care of equipment orders and handle small fixes that keep things in shape
  • Respond to team requests and make sure everyone's looked after
  • Keep the office neat, cozy and welcoming (no actual cleaning)
  • Organize gatherings, retreats and events that bring us and the community together
  • Manage employee benefits and help the team make the most of them
  • Support business travel – booking trips, juggling details, and making travel smooth

It's a match if you're like this

  • Have experience as an Office Manager (or in a similar all-things-operations kind of role)
  • Are detail-oriented, but not the type to lose sleep over a slightly crooked stack of papers
  • Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball – and even enjoy the challenge
  • Communicate clearly, listen carefully, and know when to stand your ground
  • Bring good energy and keep the office atmosphere light and positive
  • Stay calm and flexible when plans take an unexpected turn
  • Have an A-level in organizing your work (and maybe others' too)
  • Thrive in teamwork and value open, honest feedback – both giving and receiving.
  • Speak fluent Polish and English (our everyday languages).
