  • minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami transformacyjnymi w obszarze finansów lub operacji (np. implementacja systemów ERP, workflow, BI, ServiceNow, automatyzacja procesów)
  • praktyczna znajomość project managementu (mile widziane certyfikaty PMP / Prince2 / Agile)
  • doświadczenie w change management – prowadzenie zespołów przez zmianę, komunikacja, szkolenia, wsparcie adaptacji
  • silne umiejętności analityczne i organizacyjne, zorientowanie na rezultat
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w firmie konsultingowej
  • bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • mile widziane doświadczenie w obszarze Record to Report (RTR) lub Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash (OTC), lub Procure to Pay (PTP)
