Supply Chain Solution Architect

Hybrid work from Kraków | Full-time | Long-term project

We are seeking an experienced IT Architect – Supply Chain to join a key international client's team. In this role, you will define and implement enterprise and solution architecture for global supply chain systems, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions. This is a strategic technical role, ideal for candidates with deep IT architecture expertise and experience leading architecture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the architecture landscape for the Supply Chain domain, including defining capabilities, solution patterns, and integration standards.

  • Lead architecture workstreams, specifying data models, interfaces, and technology choices aligned with enterprise standards.

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive architectural decisions for S&OP, WMS, TMS, and JIT/JIS systems.

  • Develop solution architectures ensuring quality, standardization, and compliance with global architecture principles.

  • Maintain architecture documentation, including capability maps, solution flows, and integration guidelines.

  • Apply frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate to structure and communicate architecture decisions.

  • Support architecture governance and knowledge sharing across project teams.

  • Mentor and guide project teams on architecture best practices and technology selection.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in IT architecture with focus on large-scale Supply Chain systems.

  • Proven experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture in international environments.

  • Expertise in TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, data modeling, and integration technologies.

  • Strong knowledge of SAP, SaaS/IaaS, databases, APIs, EDI, and IoT/Edge solutions.

  • Experience specifying capabilities, technology choices, and interfaces.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English, other languages a plus.
