Compliance Test Associate 3 (TA 3)/Test Specialist

Lionbridge is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Test Associate 3 (TA 3) / Test Specialist to support certification testing across leading gaming platforms. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring games meet strict platform compliance standards while contributing to high-quality releases enjoyed by players worldwide. This position is ideal for an experienced game tester with a strong understanding of XR, TRC, or Nintendo Lotcheck requirements who is ready to take the next step in their testing career.

What You Will Do

  • Utilize personal gaming knowledge and exploratory testing skills to identify potential product issues.
  • Execute assigned tests accurately and sufficiently to have confidence in documented results.
  • Document bugs clearly in a bug database.
  • Regress assigned issues and validate that the issues have been addressed correctly.
  • Escalate any issues that prevent or impact test execution.
  • Provide feedback regarding the test approach and test case improvement.
  • Share knowledge with other Test Associates and provide mentorship to less experienced team members.

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 1+ years of experience in game testing, including at least 6 months of experience in compliance games testing.
  • Proven knowledge of XR, TRC or Nintendo Lotcheck, depending on the project requirements.
  • A very good understanding of quality assurance processes.
  • Working knowledge and experience using bug tracking tools.
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
  • Demonstrated high performance on previous role.
