O2C Finance Team Leader

Apply for a  Finance Team Leader position and you'll become vital part of Order to Cash department. We are looking for a person with solid accounting background, able to create vision, lead the team and operate with an international perspective.

About the Role

As a Finance Team Leader, you will be responsible to ensure alignment of accounting and Commercial Finance processes. You will manage team of 10+ accounting professionals .You will  collaborate with other finance and accounting teams and stakeholders to streamline financial processes following the digital roadmap and continues improvement agenda.

Specifically, you will:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the O2C team to achieve individual and team goals.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for professional development.
• Deliver results that make a significant contribution to a department vision, executing on strategy and following Arla GSS Mission. 
• Ensure O2C process alignment across operational teams and takes an active role in shaping and optimizing departmental processes.
• Take part in the internal and external projects to optimize the Order to Cash processes.
• Implement and optimize O2C processes to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Ensure the realization of tasks for team according to good practice and Service Level Agreements, and securing a valid data-output for further analysis. 
• Establish robust business relationships with stakeholders, particularly high-level management; collaborate closely with the various stakeholders to effectively contribute towards achieving finance key performance indicators (KPIs) within the different division of the organization.
• Assuring compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy.
• Initiate and implement improvements in ways of working within own area of responsibility.

Who are you?  

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills and with solid accounting and/or O2C knowledge, vast experience with accounting processes (like accounts payable, accounts receivable, commercial finance, cash management, collection, and/or credit management), and experience in leadership and managing teams, preferably within international environment. It is crucial that you have at least 8 years' experience in finance and proven track of leadership.
