About your workplace

Miele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • receiving and processing orders for household appliances from our retail partners (B2B);
  • direct contact with our partners via e-mail or phone;
  • checking delivery options, proposing alternative solutions and providing product advice;
  • creating offers in cooperation with the sales department;
  • clarifying and processing customer complaints (including subsequent creation of credit notes) in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments;
  • registering returns of household appliances in accordance with specific rules;
  • contributing to the continuous improvement and potential enhancement of processes and solutions.

Requirements:

  • minimum C1 level of German;
  • relevant professional experience (approximately 2 years) in customer service;
  • good knowledge of MS Office and initial experience and skills in using SAP (welcome but not essential);
  • ability to work in a multicultural team;
  • proactive approach and focus on improvement.
