Your responsibilities:

  • Payroll posting,
  • Verify of the intercompany reconciliations,
  • Assets accounting, IFRS 16 (leasing), leasing (UoR),
  • Posting of deferred income,
  • Posting of fixed assets,
  • Preparation of reports for statistical office and NBP,
  • Ensure an accurate and timely month end close by preparing various journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, prepaids, accruals and various other accounts,
  • Coordinate with other departments to obtain transaction information, research reconciling items, and resolve issues,
  • Assist in quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors.

Key skills:

  • Polish - mother tongue, English - confident in speaking and writing,
    • 4 years of experience in GL accounting,
  • Good knowledge of Excel, and other MS Office Software,
  • Experience with ERP systems, knowledge of SAP S4H is a plus.
