What daily challenges are waiting for you?

  • Develop and implement Kinguin's global and local PR and external communication strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming, lifestyle, tech, and business media outlets.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, statements, Q&As, and media kits.
  • Identify and build partnerships with relevant influencers across gaming and lifestyle niches.
  • Collaborate with influencers to develop creative campaign concepts and authentic content ideas.
  • Lead outreach, negotiate partnership terms (compensation, deliverables, timelines), and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor influencer content for brand consistency and compliance with Kinguin's guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align communication across projects, campaigns, and events.
  • Monitor media coverage and measure the impact of PR and influencer activities through detailed reporting and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in PR and influencer marketing.

What you need to be successful in this role?

  • Previous experience in PR, communications and media relations – preferably in the gaming industry or e-commerce. If you have any portfolio / presentations with your projects, feel free to share it with us
  • Follow trends in the gaming industry - you know what's happening currently, the newest game premiers, etc.
  • Be Interested in influencers in the gaming industry - there's no secret for you who's trending on Twitch and who we should get in touch with (and who we should avoid).
  • Understand how marketing actually works - you don't need plenty of experience but if you're a creative and open-minded person with lots of ideas, we should find the common ground
  • Have at least basic Excel knowledge.
  • Be into pop culture in general - it's easy for you to answer the question "what can you recommend on Netflix?"
  • Fluency in English; Polish is an advantage.
