Business Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports.
  • Monitor and resolve data issues.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports for operational teams and management.
  • Support cross-functional projects with data-driven insights.
  • Develop and enhance analytical solutions in Excel and Power BI, validating them with business experts.
  • Work with analytics partners and global BI teams to deliver practical reporting and analytical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools: Power BI, Excel, Power Query, DAX, VBA.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data visualization.
  • Professional English skills.
  • Experience with SAP ERP, Python, or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (40% office, 60% remote).
