Freelance Social Creative

Your Role

As a Social Creative, you'll sit right at the crossroads of creativity and production; where ideas meet execution. You'll take client briefs and turn them into bold, scroll-stopping social content that feels effortless but is anything but.

You'll own the creative process from start to finish: developing campaign concepts, shaping visual storytelling, briefing talent handlers, editors and designers, and making sure every frame delivers impact. You're the person who connects strategy with story, the creative glue between ideas, clients, and production

Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch creative social first video concepts based on client goals and audience insights
• Create and present creative visual concepts, including format, visuals, sound, set and framing.
• Build and deliver concept presentations that are clear, convincing and client-ready.
• Collaborate with clients to refine ideas and integrate feedback without losing creative integrity.
• Attend production days as the creative lead, ensuring shoots stay true to the idea and script.
• Brief and check progress with editors, animators and designers throughout the production.
• Film and/or photograph native, high quality social content when needed.
• Manage creative assets and project files within the technical infrastructure.
• Keep the project team updated on creative progress and milestones.
• Stay plugged into social media trends, formats and storytelling techniques.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience in creative production, branded content, or social media storytelling.
• A strong eye for visuals, pacing, and tone; you know what makes content feel right.
• Confident presenting and selling ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects with tight turnarounds.
• Experience working with Capcut, Canva, Photoshop; familiarity with the full Adobe Suite is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset and genuine curiosity for what makes audiences tick
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English

• Experience in long and short content production
• Knowledge of editing workflows and post-production basics
