What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every user feels valued and heard.
  • Use advanced CRM tools and ticketing systems to resolve inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets like response time, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, international team to share insights and improve processes.
  • Continuously learn through training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.

  • Fluent Polish and English communication skills.
  • A customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to follow processes and quickly adapt to new tools.
