About the role

We're currently looking for a proactive and well-organized person based in the Tricity area, who can support our team with office, administrative, and light HR-related tasks. You'll work from our office in Gdynia 2–3 times per week (this is an on-site position).

Responsibilities

  • Manage document flow (sending, receiving, archiving)
  • Handle day-to-day administrative communication (e.g. with the office landlord and service providers)
  • Support HR operations (e.g. training logistics, on-site initiatives)
  • Order, prepare, and ship equipment for employees and contractors
  • Help organize business trips (with support from our partners) and manage subscriptions
  • Support the organization of offline events, client meetings, and company gatherings
  • Purchase office and kitchen supplies

Requirements

  • You're a student based in the Tricity area - must have
  • You're available 20 hours per week, working on-site in our Gdynia office
  • You enjoy organizing, coordinating, and "getting things done"
  • Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Self-reliance and initiative in action
  • B2 level knowledge of English
  • Nice to have: studies in Accounting, Finance, or Administration - this background may help you settle into your tasks faster
