Job Description

We are looking for an experienced
Lead (QA / Performance Testing)
professional with strong expertise in
REST API testing, Performance testing, and Chaos testing
within the
Cybersecurity domain
. This role will report to the
Head of Cyber Engineering Enablement
and will be responsible for leading the
Cyber Professional Testing Practice
, driving excellence in testing frameworks, methodologies, and automation across all Cyber initiatives.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with
Cybersecurity project teams, Control Owners, and Business stakeholders
to ensure the highest standards of
quality assurance, performance, and resilience testing
are achieved across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and Lead
  the
  Cyber Professional Testing Practice
  , driving improvements across all facets of
  QA and Performance testing
  within Cyber.
• Define and deliver the
  Testing Strategy
  across Cyber, including frameworks, methodologies, tooling, and
  automation adoption
  .
• Drive adoption of
  automated test practices
  , including
  performance and stress testing
  for Cyber systems and REST APIs.
• Lead
  testing process management, documentation
  , and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of
  QA Engineers
  , ensuring quality assurance consistency across
  Cybersecurity programs
  .
• Identify and mitigate
  testing risks
  , ensuring timely issue tracking, resolution, and compliance.
• Oversee
  training programs
  for QA professionals and ensure consistent adoption of best practices and tools (e.g.,
  Jira, Confluence, Git
  ).
• Ensure
  audit-ready testing evidence
  for regulated environments, maintaining compliance with Cybersecurity standards.
• Create and lead a
  Cyber QA Community of Practice
  , collaborating with global teams to implement
  testing best practices
  .

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3+ years' experience
  as a
  QA Lead
  within Agile Software Development, with relevant certifications.
• Strong hands-on experience in
  automated and manual testing
  for
  Web applications and REST APIs
  .
• Proven expertise in
  Performance Testing
  and
  Chaos Engineering
  .
• Experience designing, defining, and implementing
  automated testing best practices
  .
• Demonstrated experience in
  leading QA teams
  , defining strategic testing objectives, and managing stakeholders.
• Familiarity with
  Agile / DevSecOps processes
  , including sprint metrics, backlog tracking, retrospectives, and defect management.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in
  workshops, documentation
  , and stakeholder engagement.
• Competence in
  Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  for analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
