About Us:

We are Asynchronics, an up-and-coming, Warsaw-based space tech start-up specialized in the field of digital twinning for spacecraft systems and subsystems.

Our mission: democratize and streamline spacecraft design and ground validation with the use of cutting-edge simulation technologies. We're building an open-source satellite simulator in Rust and a simulation models marketplace for the space industry, working with partners like the European Space Agency.

Your Role:

You would be joining a small team where everyone matters. We all need to get our hands dirty with more mundane tasks from time to time, but your core focus will be supporting the founders to ensure the company runs efficiently.

  • Marketing & Comms:
    Prepare and publish clear, professional posts on LinkedIn; update our website and materials; and execute simple email campaigns (e.g., Mailerlite).
  • BizDev & Conference Support:
    Organize the team's participation in conferences (logistics, meeting schedules) and support with follow-ups, ensuring all data is perfectly tracked in the CRM.
  • Operations & Logistics:
    Handle all travel bookings (flights, hotels) for the team and manage internal office operations, invoice and documentation flow.
  • Process Improvement:
    Proactively identify areas that can be simplified, automated, or improved—and help us implement those changes.

  • Tolerance and respect towards other people

    You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and take charge of the process from A to Z.
  • You are a master of organization.
    Calendars, checklists, and multiple deadlines are your comfort zone.
  • You can write clearly and professionally.
    You know how to compose a concise email or a clear LinkedIn post.
  • B2B experience
    (ideally in a tech, IT, or engineering context).
  • Proficiency in English
    (written and oral — we interview in English).

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., MailerLite).
  • Hands-on skills with Canva or Figma and a good eye for visuals.

Salary range for the position:

  • 11, ,000 PLN net (B2B – our primary setup)
  • 10, ,000 PLN gross (UoP – also possible if preferred)
