Apply now Learn more: Trade Marketing Coordinator in digital channelPosition: In this position, you will coordinate the process of content creation, loyalty and activation actions and reflects sales cycles in digital form on the platform, build a positive image of the digital B2B platform inside and outside the company. This includes:Coordinating user activations supporting commercial projects within sales cycles Managing processes related to user segmentation and marketing campaignsAchieving KPIs for the B2B platform, aligning with the planned budget and sales cyclesAnalyzing marketing data to prepare strategic recommendationsCoordinating the work of digital and creative agenciesWorking with local suppliers, internal departments, and global teams on implementing new functionalitiesRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, merchandising, or marketingUniversity degree, preferably in marketing, economics, e-commerce, management, or related fieldsSelling skills, assertive communication and proactivityAbility to analyze data and draw conclusionsExcellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and familiarity with Google toolsKnowledge of marketing automation and CMS systems will be an advantageWhat to expect:Replacement (temporary) employment contractOutstanding benefit package and wellbeing activitiesHybrid model of work (50/50, Fabryka Norblina - Warsaw)Professional training support during the onboarding periodSupport in achieving sales targets: we provide work with brands recognized in Poland and worldwide, modern marketing materials, and sales programsWorking among people who enjoy collaborating and communicating openAre you ready to join us?
