Scope of Responsibilities:
Lead site systems integration projects and ensure systems and data security in accordance with global requirements. Sharing knowledge and developing employees by training operations and engineering teams. Troubleshooting, developing and maintaining systems.

Main responsibilities:
Lead and Support all projects related to systems in the plant (SAP, Retool, Web app, Augmentir, OPERA)
Implement new systems and solutions to support new initiatives and digitalization in the plant.
Provide technical expertise to configure, troubleshoot, maintain and develop all systems in the plant.
Provide training to site operations teams to effectively utilize systems.
Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of production and integration systems.
Establish and maintain close relationships with regional IT teams. Collaborate on problem resolution with the Global IT department.
Establish and maintain close relationships with plant management, engineering teams, operations teams and quality teams.
Actively participate in the global network of plant systems integrators.
Develop and implement new IT and SAP solutions with Global IT.
Supporting the users of the systems in their daily work related to the systems.
Managing the validation process of key elements of the systems.
Training end users on selected elements of the systems.
Knowledge of and adherence to health, safety and environmental requirements, quality standards and guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMP). Participate in training in these areas. Submitting to background examinations.
Using personal protective equipment, clothing and footwear in accordance with C-P standards. Taking care of the proper condition of assigned equipment.
Maintaining the workplace in good order as specified by C-P standards.
Sharing knowledge and experience and developing the skills of other team members.
Participating in training programs organized by the company and continuously improving professional skills.
Performing other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Responsibilities:
 Basic Qualifications (education, experience, skills, etc. )
Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, statistic or related field
Experience in programming, data analytics required
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL),
preferably using Microsoft SQL Server
IT automation using Python or other scripting languages
Knowledge of Excel + VBA, Google Tools including Google App Script, web development is greatly valued
Knowledge of SAP production applications is a plus
Demonstrated experience in project management
Enthusiasm for current technology trend
