Your Responsibilities Would Include

  • managing cooperation with external and internal stakeholders (queries, requests)
  • performing C24 and C14 controls
  • cooperating with Audit
  • performing all daily weekly and monthly tasks linked with execution of open items monitoring on vendor accounts
  • taking care of reconciliation of open items on vendor's accounts, and reduction of number of open items
  • developing and maintaining successful working relationships with stakeholders
  • reporting, analysing items on vendor accounts in the system
  • contacting suppliers and Heineken employees.

You Are a Good Match If You Have

  • Serbian language knowledge
  • good command of English
  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • understanding of E2E and PTP process, structure and organisation
  • knowledge of SAP
  • self-discipline
  • very good excel skills
  • good analytical skills.
