• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Close cooperation with the client at various levels within the organizational structure, including reporting, negotiations, conducting workshops, and providing consultancy as trusted advisors.
• Expanding cooperation with the client beyond the current context, supporting pre-sales activities and delivery-led add-on sales.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies between projects.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program continuity.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to organizational best practices.
• Manage the project budget with full responsibility for the financial outcome.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in program management within a matrixed or global organization.
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English and German communications skills
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
