Role Overview
We are looking for a
Mobile User Acquisition Specialist
with strong hands-on experience in
Meta Ads
and
Google UAC
, capable of launching user acquisition
from zero to scalable performance
.
Experience in pregnancy, women's wellness, baby-care, or emotional well-being apps is a
strong advantage
, but we are also open to candidates with proven results in other
subscription-based mobile products
with emotionally engaged audiences.

Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale UA campaigns in
Meta Ads
and
Google UAC
• Build acquisition funnels from early experimentation to stable scaling
• Continuously test audiences, messaging, and creative hypotheses
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, Payback)
• Analyze user behavior data to support decisions and uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to align positioning and messaging
• Prepare clear performance reporting and recommendations

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in
mobile user acquisition
• Demonstrated success with
Meta Ads
and
Google UAC
• Experience launching UA campaigns
from scratch and scaling them
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of mobile unit economics
• Proficiency with Firebase and Adjust or Appsflyer, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
