What tasks await you?
  • Collaborate with the existing DevOps Engineers to maintain and enhance a newly developed software platform during business hours.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher), Helm, and Fluentd.
  • Support GitOps workflows and container image management with Quay.
  • Assist in API development (REST) and integration tasks.
  • Work in a Kanban-like environment, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to potential future projects in Software Defined Networking (SDN) and its management platform on AWS.
What skills will be appreciated?
  • Programming: Strong proficiency in Python; ability to read, write, and perform code reviews. Knowledge of Java is a plus.
  • CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (Rancher), Helm, Fluentd, and GitOps practices.
  • Cloud: Familiarity with AWS is desirable.
  • API Development: Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Coding Standards: Solid understanding of best practices and coding standards.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English (C1 minimum); German is an advantage.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with an Indian developer team and engage with internal stakeholders.
