  • masz minimum 8-letnie doświadczenie w branży IT, w tym przynajmniej 4 lata na stanowiskach związanych z zarządzaniem projektami lub usługami IT, w tym min. 3 lata w projektach związanych z branżą ubezpieczeniową (must have);
  • posiadasz szeroka wiedzę i doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu systemów IT, integracji systemów, migracji danych, wprowadzaniu rozwiązań cyfrowych, automatyzacji procesów u klientów z branży ubezpieczeniowej (lub finansowej); 
  • masz doświadczenie w presale, potrafisz aktywnie uczestniczyć w procesach ofertowych, budować i rozwijać relacje z klientem już od etapu przygotowania oferty;
  • świetnie odnajdujesz się w pracy z klientem — potrafisz budować relacje, rozumieć potrzeby biznesowe i dbać o satysfakcję klienta;
  • z sukcesem zarządzałeś portfelem projektów i usług, dbając o rentowność, terminowość i jakość dostarczanych rozwiązań;
  • rozumiesz mechanizmy sprzedażowe i potrafisz identyfikować możliwości cross-sellingu i up-sellingu w ramach istniejących relacji z klientami;
  • masz doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami projektowymi i managerskimi (PM, SDM, Scrum Master), potrafisz ich motywować i rozwijać;
  • potrafisz analizować dane projektowe i finansowe oraz na ich podstawie podejmować decyzje biznesowe;
  • zarządzałeś ryzykiem, zasobami i budżetami w środowiskach o wysokim poziomie złożoności;
  • posiadasz praktyczną znajomość metod i standardów zarządzania projektami i usługami (np. PRINCE2, PMBOK, ITIL);
  • płynnie komunikujesz się w języku polskim i angielskim (poziom C1);
  • jesteś gotowy do podróży służbowych;
  • posiadasz dobra znajomość platform i ekosystemów ubezpieczeniowych (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Verisk, Salesforce) - nice to have.
Na tym stanowisku będziesz odpowiedzialny za:
  • zarządzanie portfelem projektów i usług IT zapewniając ich zgodność z założonym budżetem, zakresem i harmonogramem,
  • utrzymywanie wysokiego poziomu zadowolenia obsługiwanych klientów – miernik: NPS;
  • identyfikowanie szans sprzedażowych i ścisła współpraca z przedstawicielem działu sprzedaży w budowaniu strategii na rozwój danego klienta oraz generowaniu potencjału na cross lub up-sell;
  • budowanie efektywnej struktury menedżerskiej w podległych projektach i zarządzanie nią;
  • wspieranie rozwoju mniej doświadczonych menedżerów i promowanie kultury współpracy oraz dzielenia się wiedzą;
  • proaktywne budowanie i zarządzanie (już od etapu presale) relacją z klientem, w tym dbałość o prezentowanie klientowi dostarczanej wartości i obsługę ewentualnych eskalacji i obiekcji;
  • nadzorowanie i rozliczanie wyników pracy podległych ról menedżerskich w kontekście realizacji założonych mierników projektowych;
  • monitorowanie, bieżące raportowanie i optymalizowanie wskaźników projektowych wg. firmowego standardu;
  • identyfikowanie luk i wdrażanie innowacji oraz usprawnień w zakresie procesów dostarczania projektów i/lub usług dla klientów ze swojego portfela;
  • identyfikowanie, monitorowanie i aktywne zarządzanie ryzykiem na poziomie portfela klientów oraz bieżąca ocena i adekwatne eskalowanie ich potencjalnego wpływu na FP;
  • nadzorowanie zgodności działań z wewnętrznymi standardami oraz poprawności fakturowania i raportowania.
