- Carrying out the reimbursement of expenses
- Purchasers & Authorized Orders
- Support with document preparation, e.g. departmental appointments, townhall
- Support in the preparation and organization of town halls
- Support of internal company communication
- Invoice Verification & Approval
- German - B2
- English - B2
- At least 1 year of working experience as Office Administrator / Assistant / Receptionist / in HR / in Administration
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Polish
- University degree in the area of Administration or similar
- Experience in invoice management
- Office/flexible working hours, Monday to Friday
- International environment
- Possibility to work in a hybrid mode in the brand new office in KRAKÓW
