For one of our clients - a production company with an established position on Polish and foreigns markets - I am looking for a person for the position of Technical Sales Representative (Automotive Finishes).

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive technical support for automotive customers
  • Provide customers with expert, comprehensive technical information and guidance and assistance in using the automotive product line
  • Help achieve sales and margin goals for the sales department
  • Attend seminars and trade shows about the company's products and organize technical/sales meetings for customer groups
  • Maintain contact with the laboratory regarding current technical issues.
  • Maintain expertise on tools and equipment used in body shops and paint shops
  • Provide technical and line guidance and advice to improve quality and efficiency

Expectations:

  • Ability to manually spray the main coating technologies
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a technical service representative in the automotive division
  • Secondary education or equivalent education and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Polish and English
  • Knowledge of Slavic languages ​​(Ukrainian, Russian) is highly desirable
  • Preferred: knowledge of the global competition's product portfolio.
  • Communicating advanced technical and operational concepts to facilitate sales
