Customer Care Advisor with German

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service when selling and ticketing for direct customers, travel agents, and corporate clients.
- Assist customers in planning their journeys and offer recommendations on travel products, fares, and services.
- Support customers with flight bookings, modifications, and website navigation.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and web channels.
- Build strong relationships with direct customers and identify potential corporate clients.
Requirements:
- High proficiency in English and German (at least level B2).
- Strong communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Passion for delivering world-class customer service.
- Open-mindedness and eagerness for continuous development.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model from our Kraków office (one-month full-time training in the office, then at least two days per week onsite).
