HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Kompleksowe wsparcie w obszarze HR dla kadry zarządzającej i pracowników;
  • Inicjowanie nowych rozwiązań oraz wdrażanie najlepszych praktyk z obszaru HR w odpowiedzi na potrzeby biznesu i rynku;
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji pracowniczej, w tym przygotowywanie umów i dokumentów związanych z nawiązywaniem i rozwiązywaniem stosunku pracy;
  • Nadzór nad ewidencją czasu pracy;
  • Administrowanie pakietem benefitów;
  • Uczestniczenie w opracowywaniu i usprawnianiu procedur i procesów kadrowo-płacowych;
  • Udział w prowadzeniu szkoleń, rekrutacji, onboardingu;
  • Udział w tworzeniu działań strategii EB;
  • Budowanie zaangażowania pracowników;
  • Przygotowywanie raportów na potrzeby biznesu.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe: preferowane ZZL, psychologia, socjologia, ekonomia;
  • Min. 4-letnie doświadczenie w dziale HR (kadry, płace);
  • Bardzo dobra, praktyczna znajomość przepisów dotyczących prawa pracy;
  • Dobra znajomość standardów HR i trendów na rynku pracy;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office;
  • Komunikatywność, umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz otwartość na zmiany;
  • Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność i rzetelność;
  • Proaktywna postawa;
  • Wysoka kultura osobista i etyka pracy;
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży produkcyjnej, budowlanej, energetycznej.
