Job Description

Responsibilities:

● Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
● Manage a diverse array of HR projects and processes, including performance management, training, career development, talent reviews, talent deployment, and compensation and benefits analysis.
● Align HR strategies with business objectives, recommending people management actions to support business goals.
● Develop and implement initiatives for employee retention and engagement.
● Forge robust working relationships across the business and with all employees.
● Offer comprehensive HR support and advice, guiding managers and leaders on labor law throughout the employee lifecycle.
● Support all aspects of employee relations, encompassing absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues.
● Keep policies and procedures up-to-date to facilitate the employment, engagement, development, and management of staff.
● Analyze training needs and devise a training plan with inputs from business heads and resource management.
● Drive alignment and focus at executive levels through strategic planning.
● Interpret people trends and derive insights from data analysis.
● Lead and implement change initiatives to enhance HR operations.


Qualifications

● A minimum of 3 years's experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a multinational IT organization.
● Proven success as a strategic partner at the management level, ideally within a multinational organization during a growth phase.
● Capability to manage multiple HR projects concurrently.
● Comprehensive knowledge of Polish Labor Law and HR processes, including onboarding, performance assessments, and salary reviews.
● Exceptional analytical abilities with experience in data manipulation and insight generation.
● Autonomous with a sense of accountability.
● Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and provide sensitive and timely counsel.
● Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
● Competent in managing pressure from leadership and able to push back and elaborate on opinion, advocating for legal compliance, and explaining legislation.
● Skilled in communicating industry trends and articulating them to management.
● Experience in resolving internal disputes among key personnel.
● Collaborative approach to developing tailored processes for the Polish market.
● Partnership with Marketing for internal and external employer branding initiatives.
● Insight into the dynamic nature of the IT sector.
● Proficiency in preparing and supporting managers at all levels.
● Excellent presentation skills to engage with stakeholders within the company.
