Twoje zadania:

  • Pełnienie roli centralnego punktu kontaktowego dla Klienta, bieżąca komunikacja
  • Przetwarzanie zamówień Klientów z uwzględnieniem dostępności produktów i warunków umów
  • Organizacja transportu i koordynacja załadunków eksportowych z partnerami magazynowymi / logistycznymi
  • Zapewnienie zgodności z wymaganiami (klientów i prawnymi)
  • Terminowe wystawianie wymaganych dokumentów wysyłkowych
  • Koordynacja usług dodatkowych, jeśli jest to konieczne
  • Wystawianie i zarządzanie fakturami sprzedaży
  • Koordynacja i rozwiązywanie reklamacji dotyczących jakości i obsługi, wystawianie not kredytowych/debetowych według potrzeb.
  • Przedstawianie klientom i sprzedaży cotygodniowych aktualizacji dotyczących otwartych zamówień

Czego oczekujemy:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • 3-letnie doświadczenie w obszarze zarządzania zamówieniami w firmie produkcyjnej
  • Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office i/lub narzędzi Google Office
  • Płynna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie
  • Znajomość innych języków europejskich będzie dodatkowym atutem
  • Znajomość systemu SAP
  • Umiejętność zarządzania priorytetami i samodzielnego podejmowania decyzji
