We have an immediate opportunity to join our Knowledge Management team in Warsaw. This position is part-time (up to 20 hours a week) and for a period of 6 months. You will be providing support to KM Processes team and assisting with administrative and housekeeping tasks on our knowledge platform.Â
Role & responsibilities:
Review of existing records in Oliver Wyman internal knowledge platform
Tagging new records according to new taxonomy, retagging existing records as requested
Replacing the files with updated versions, uploading new documents and linking them to relevant case codes and owners
Basic editing and reformatting of PowerPoint presentations, according to internal OW branding and standards
Attributes:
Able to work independently
Able to manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively
Complete work to agreed standards with attention to detail and high accuracy
Able to build productive relationships with colleagues, listen to others and respect their views
Demonstrate inclusive behaviors
Respond to feedback and seek guidance where needed
Skills:
Fluent in English
Solid knowledge of MS Office
Able to convey clear written and verbal messages
Good problem-solving & analytical skills. Able to make decisions based on dataÂ
