Description
The Accounts Receivable Accountant performs O2C activities for the newly established Business service Organization in Wroclaw, Poland. We are looking for a person with fluent German skills egaer to contact with Swiss and German clients and learn accounting.
- Contacting the foreign customer regarding past due items
- Reviewing list of blocked orders and taking appropriate actions
- Processing Billing requests
- Applying customer payments to invoices and accounts.
- Managing customer inquiries or disputes
- Preparation, creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Profile
- Fluent German and English (at least B2)
- Previous initial experience in accounitng, sales, order management, customer service may be helpful
- Knowledge of any ERP system (here SAP) will be a significant plus
- Customer centric mindset and effective communication
- Experience working in international company
