Accounts Payable Associate

 

 

 

Position:

 

The position of AP Associate is contributing to an overall efficient operations of AP department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high quality of services to markets by: timely processing high volume of incoming invoices and query resolution, keeping high accuracy according to the existing Policies and Procedures. 
As an AP Associate you will be responsible for:

 

  • Operations
    Accurately process high volume of vendor invoices into SAP system in line with existing SOPs and Company Policies and Procedures; meet KPIs and other targets 
  • Query Support
    Respond to vendor inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner.
  • Document menagement 
    Sorting, scanning (if necessary) and archiving of the incoming invoices. Balance confirmation, statement of account confirmation;
  • Other (if applicable)
    Handle various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Within 6 months you will:

  • Become fully independent in performing your duties, including operations, query support and documentation management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Ongoing or complete University Degree (a Plus if in Accounting/Finance)
  • No work experience required or Assessment tests > Interviews > Offer.
