Our Client, an international company with an SSC structure based in Warsaw, is now looking for an experienced AP professional to join their team

Our Client is a renowned biochemical and pharmaceutical company, recognised globally for their high-quality products.

Opis stanowiska

  • Proactively engage and collaborate with Shared Service Center, different business stakeholders, in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
  • Processing of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Administration, verification and posting invoices in accordance with the procedures
  • Preparing payment proposals
  • Handling Vendor Master Data changes with the confirmation of sensitive data
  • Accounts Payable reconciliation
  • Coordination and support of audit requests with group and local auditors
  • Continuous improvement of financial / accounting processes to increase operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance in support & lead SSC AP processes
  • Participating in projects regarding financial processes
  • Stay informed on the best practices, recommending updates to company policies and procedures as needed
  • Contribute or lead initiatives or projects (global or local)

Profil kandydata

  • Relevant education / degree in Finance or any related field
  • Proven experience in Accounts Payable (preferably in an international environment)
  • Strong accounting and tax skills, knowledge of accounting principles and process mindset
  • Knowledge and experience within SAP ERP FICO module is essential; experience in Concur will be an advantage
  • Attention to details, focus on Customer experience, ability to work efficiently within a team, as well as individually
  • Practical experience in continuous improvement initiatives and projects
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of French will be an asset
