As the CEE Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company. You will work hand-in-hand with the Regional Managing Director, Group CFO, and other senior executives, ensuring high-quality financial services for the Commercial, Supply Chain, and Production business units. Your influence will extend across the entire region, making you a key partner in the organization's ambitious reorganization and long-term growth plans.Job Description
- Partner with key leaders to drive major business decisions related to revenue growth, pricing strategies, and profitability enhancements.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and a determination to support the company's growth ambitions. As an integral member of the Management Board, you will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring the company's market position remains robust.
A qualified professional with an international experience in business finance, ideally in a similar role within an international FMCG/Sales/Production company with a supply chain finance management aspects - regional experience / focus / mind-set is essential.Extensive experience in financial control, including forecasting, financial modeling, and developing business recommendations.Proficiency in driving change management, implementing new processes and procedures, financing, and creating new entities is highly desirable.Extensive experience as a people manager, an excellent leader with documented expertise in team building and driving change within their teams.Exceptional commercial acumen and entrepreneurial skills.In-depth knowledge of all components of P&L and Balance Sheet.Proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented mentality with a keen eye for detail.Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent analytical abilities.Capability to provide clear leadership, motivate teams, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English and Polish is a must.What's on Offer
