Technologies-expected : Salesforce Sales Cloud Jira Confluence MS Excel SQL Agile responsibilities : You will be Optimizing our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to meet business needs.

You will be responsible for understanding and addressing business problems.

Diving deep into user stories, and overseeing the implementation from a business perspective.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business problems.

Conduct thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.

Engage with users to gather detailed requirements and develop comprehensive user stories.

Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable plans.

Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Work closely with developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisionmaking. requirementsexpected : Minimum of 4 year of experience on similar positions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration management.

Proven experience in developing and managing user stories and business requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
