  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI products and services
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and business professionals from various fields
  • Work with stakeholders to create AI-based solutions that meet business needs and improve performance
  • Engage in all stages of AI-based solutions development and deployment
  • Pioneer new methods and cutting-edge techniques to construct and deploy NLP solutions across different environments (cloud, on-premises)
  • Act as a mentor, offering technical guidance to tackle complex technical obstacles
  • Background in software engineering, computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics, among others
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Python and skilled in machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, Tensorflow, and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and refine software products
  • Experience in deploying machine learning models in live environments
  • Familiarity with the latest advancements in GenAI and language models
  • Proficiency in word embeddings, transfer learning, in-context learning, information retrieval, and knowledge graphs
  • Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning principles and frameworks, and best practices in software engineering
  • Applied experience utilizing frameworks like LangChain to develop language models
  • Practical knowledge and experience in developing and deploying language models in production settings
  • Capable of working independently
  • Analytical and innovative mindset with a proactive approach
