WHATTASKSAWAIT YOU?
- Management and coordination of a team of 4-5 employees,
- Creating and management of HR processes in an IT-related area,
- Taking care of Employee development: talent management, succession management, appraisal processes, creating and taking care of employee development, conception and implementation of new procedures,
- Managing the recruitment area for technical positions, budget management and reporting responsibilities,
- Development of market analyses, benchmarks, broadly monitoring the business and staying up to date with market trends and changes in the HR-IT area,
- Implementation of IT systems for HR, taking part in digitalization processes,
- Working in an international environment, maintaining constant contact and cooperation with Deutsche Telekom Group employees in Europe.
WHATSKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?
- 10 years of experience in HR Area, in corporate setting, including at least 3 years of experience in team management (+5 direct reports),
- Previous experience in daily work in an international environment,
- We work in agile, so practical knowledge of agile practices is highly appreciated,
- Very good communication skills, ability to build business relationships, cross-team cooperation, a "can-do" attitude, open-mindedness, desire for continuous development - these values are important to us and we want to work together in their spirit :),
- Advanced English skills, ease of conversation (C1 level),
- German language knowledge would be trated as an advantage.
